I bought my tickets for the second day featuring Deadmau5 and Justice and I'm really stoked about this. Since I made myself a promise in 2007 to try to do every Belgian Deadmau5 show, I have to be here. Werchter is way to expensive, contains masses of people and is sold out really fast (most of the time), so I couldn't make that and took the closest show near And guess what? Tickets were 20euro cheaper and Justice plays after the Mau5 at the festival.

Anyone else going from this board? We could meet !

Man, great acts are playing! Protip: bring earplugs. Justice ruined my ears a couple of weeks ago. (I forgot mine, and, well, I felt really stupid being deaf and all) Line-up is great, sounds like fun. Enjoy, guys!

Ya thanks i believe they give some for free at the show... kalkbrenner fucked my ears to earlier this year the volume was really high..won't make the same mistake twice

Just a quick question semi-related, too insignificant for it's own thread. How long is a deadmau5 concert usually?

Both times I saw him it's usually around 2 hours, but there's been instances of 1:30 and 2:30/3 so...

Timetable here says 2 hours, normally it's between 1h30-2h.

Wow, this new LEd show was even better than I've expected, better than the toronto dvd ... Mau5 did it again ... THIS WAS SICK!!! I also heared a new track that I've never heard which sounds very promising. to everyone who says the Tommy Trash rmx of the veldt sucks: well yesterday it made EVERYONE move like crazy!!

Yeah agreed the show was pretty awesome. And i was going to say the same thing abotu the tommy trash remix ! honestly maybe it doesn't sound incredible on your speakers but in live yeah... it's pretty awesome.

only complaint are about the fucking 14 year old jumping everywhere.. festivals should be 18+ only... but oh well..

didnt help wearing a 10lb fiberglass mau5 head either.

i should have bought a sunday ticket for creamfields, but i jibbed out as its usually full of arseholes anyway

It was my first time doing a festival in Luxembourg and I have I have to adwire the works towards the festival, very good organisation, very good atmosphere, no multi-nationalistic product to find, ... and people who are very clean on there own (most of the trash went straight to the can instead of the floor). I didn't bothered about the small youngsters, I'm 27 now and I realize there's a new generation ready to take over. As long as they aren't acting like drunk asses

Only bad thing was that Justice cancelled, that was sad news


Oh, there happened something really funny during the deadmau5 set; at a time, a guy was passing through with one of those beer-card holding 6 beers above his head yelling "excuse-me" all the time so people would let him through. for so far; no problem, everybody makes way ... and then, at the moment he's almost where he needs to be, he felt over his own foot, BAM beer of the floor, face on beer, ... everything on the floor. dude got up with a bog smile and said "seems i'll need to get some new ones". i laughed my ass of with this
