I would avoid like the plague.... if the label isn't actually going to do anything for you, what's the point? They'll get you on Beatport, but you could do that yourself.

If you think your music is good enough and that you would genuinely buy it if you heard it without influence then don't sell yourself short to label-offering-contracts-via-soundcloud-#143217488673214876. Try sending your demos out to a label with some presence.
